Here are some tips to help ensure your child looks their best

and feels comfortable on picture day

  1. No Green Clothing: We use advanced green screen technology on picture day so you have infinite background options when you order your child's portraits. Not wearing green will ensure the portraits look natural.

  2. Create away on your child's clothing! Picture day is your chance to dress your child in that favorite outfit! Costumes, sport-themed clothing, hats, and sunglasses can make your child's portrait session memorable!

  3. Keep it Simple: Simple, natural hairstyles often photograph the best. Avoid elaborate hairstyles that might get messy or fall apart throughout the day.

  4. Practice Smiling: Help your child practice their smile before picture day. Encourage them to smile naturally and show their teeth if they're comfortable doing so. Remind them that picture day is a fun day!

  5. Check for Runny Noses or Stains: Before leaving for preschool, check your child for any runny noses or stains on their clothes. A quick wipe or change of clothes can make a big difference in how your child looks in the photos.

  6. Bring Props or Special Items: If your child has a favorite toy or stuffed animal, consider bringing it along for the photos. This can help your child feel more at ease and add a personal touch to the pictures. Be sure to tell the staff you want your child photographed with the toy.

  7. Watch your email after picture day for your child's image gallery link. You'll order your portraits from this link. Your finished portraits will be delivered by mail to your home!

By following these tips, you can help make preschool picture day a memorable and enjoyable experience for both you and your child!
